“The Best of the Oldest, No. 1 Historic Inn, New England” Yankee Magazine
The Old Inn on the Green is the centerpiece of the historic and scenic village of New Marlborough. In 1760, the inn was built to serve as a stagecoach relay. Today, the inn offers 11 authentically restored (yet state of the industry) guest rooms, in addition to fine dining rated #1 in the Berkshires by Zagat.
In cool weather, three intimate dining rooms and a cozy taproom glow exclusively by the light of candles and fireplaces. In warm weather, dining takes place on the canopied garden terrace in the rear.
Located just 15 minutes by country road from Great Barrington, the inn continues to welcome travelers seeking the best the southern Berkshires has to offer.
